Club Registration Process
Ready to Register Your Club?
Awesome — you’ve found three current NAIT students to fill the required executive roles:
President, VP Operations, and VP Finance. That means you’re ready to register your club on Ookslife!
Important Reminders
- Clubs cannot be created for class assignments or projects
- Existing clubs also can’t use club resources for class assignments or projects
- If a club with a similar purpose already exists, your registration won’t be approved — check the existing club list first
- Students can join multiple clubs, but they can only hold executive roles in up to two clubs
How to Register Your Club
- Go to ookslife.ca
- Log in using your NAIT student e-mail and password
- Click the Organizations tab on the left-hand menu
- Select Register an Organization (under the search bar)
Returning club?
Select Re-Register Existing instead (only available during re-registration periods)
Note: Make sure to select NAITSA Campus Clubs as your branch.
During Registration
- Follow the instructions carefully on each step
- Invite your executives using their NAIT student email addresses
- Complete the Bylaw document
You can download and fill in the template provided or submit your own version — just be sure it includes everything outlined in the template.
Once your registration is approved, your executives will need to accept their invites. You’ll know it’s done when they show up as officers on your club’s page.
