Making a Deposit
Campus Clubs accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer deposits. Depending on how you’re depositing funds — in-person or remotely — there are a few steps to follow to make sure your club’s money is properly credited.
Important: All remote deposits (cheque, e-transfer, EFT) must be submitted with a Club Deposit Form on Ooks Life.
In-Person Deposits
- Visit Campus Clubs (Room O108)
Bring your cash or cheque to the front desk. - Fill out a Club Deposit Slip
You’ll record the amount, separated by bills, coins, and/or cheque totals. Coin rollers are available if needed. - Staff will verify your deposit
A second count will be completed by Campus Clubs staff. - Get a receipt
You’ll receive a receipt for your records. - Deposit posted same day
Your main club bank account on Ooks Life will be updated by the end of the business day.
