Looking for a great way to promote your club and connect with new members? Clubs Showcase is one of the best opportunities each semester to do just that!
Hosted by NAITSA Campus Clubs, this two-day event happens twice a year—in October and January—and brings the NAIT community (students and staff) together to explore the variety of clubs on campus.
Important Notes:
- Registration is required to secure your booth.
- A $25 no-show fee will apply to clubs that register but do not attend.
Why Participate?
- Promote your club to new and returning students.
- Recruit new members and grow your club’s visibility.
- Earn club funds just for showing up and participating.
- Compete for fun and recognition with:
- People’s Choice Award
- Secret Judges’ Awards (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place)
What's Provided
A professional booth setup with

- Black table cloth and skirting
- Optional: Power if requested at time of registration
- Basic club name signage—just bring your team, creativity, and club materials.
