Ernest’s Dining Room, located at NAIT’s Main Campus, offers a unique fine dining experience operated by students from the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management programs. Recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Restaurants by OpenTable, Ernest’s combines contemporary cuisine with classical influences, providing an exceptional setting for various events.
Please note that this option is only available for events hosted at Ernest’s at NAIT.
Menu Options
Ernest’s offers a variety of menu options for private events, including banquet and reception menus. All dishes are prepared and served by NAIT Culinary Arts students, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
Booking an Event
To book a private event at Ernest’s:
- Contact: Email ernests@nait.ca or call (780) 471-8676 with the following details:
- Club name.
- Contact person’s name, phone number, and email.
- Date and time of the event.
- Requested menu items and quantity.
- Review Quote: Once you receive a quote, review all details and request any necessary changes.
- Submit a Purchase Request: After finalizing the quote, submit a Purchase Request payable to Ernest’s at NAIT through ookslife.ca.
- Confirm Booking: A cheque will be issued by NAITSA for the club to pay Ernest’s to finalize and confirm the order.
