Off-Campus Space Booking

Clubs are welcome to host events off-campus—whether it’s a graduation dinner, community meet-up, or recreational outing. While NAITSA Campus Clubs cannot book these venues on your behalf, we still require an Event Submission form for all off-campus activities.

Hosting an Off-Campus Event?

Planning something like a dinner, bowling night, escape room, or team celebration? Here’s what you need to know:

  • Many venues will require a contract or agreement to secure the space or services.
  • Contracts must be signed under the club’s name or by an individual club executive.
    • Do not sign on behalf of NAITSA or NAITSA Campus Clubs.
  • Your club is fully responsible for any loss or damage related to the agreement.
