Off-Campus Space Booking
Clubs are welcome to host events off-campus—whether it’s a graduation dinner, community meet-up, or recreational outing. While NAITSA Campus Clubs cannot book these venues on your behalf, we still require an Event Submission form for all off-campus activities.
Hosting an Off-Campus Event?
Planning something like a dinner, bowling night, escape room, or team celebration? Here’s what you need to know:
- Many venues will require a contract or agreement to secure the space or services.
- Contracts must be signed under the club’s name or by an individual club executive.
- Do not sign on behalf of NAITSA or NAITSA Campus Clubs.
- Your club is fully responsible for any loss or damage related to the agreement.

Submitting Your Off-Campus Event
Even though the event is off campus, you are still required to:
- Complete an Event Submission on ookslife.ca
- Provide full venue details and upload a copy of the contract if applicable
