Booking a Space

Clubs have access to a variety of spaces at NAIT for meetings, events, and activities. All space booking requests must be submitted through the Event Submission form on ookslife.ca. Once your space is confirmed, a booking confirmation will be attached to your Event Submission in the comments section once your space is confirmed.

Key Reminders:

• Only NAITSA Campus Clubs and NAIT staff/instructors can book most on-campus spaces on behalf of clubs.
• If a NAIT staff or instructor is booking a space, clubs must provide their full name, email, and phone number in the Event Submission form.
• Clubs must review the confirmation to ensure all dates, times, and room numbers are accurate.
• If access issues arise during your booking, show your confirmation to NAIT Protective Services to verify your reservation. They can also assist if a room is locked.
• Spaces fill up quickly, especially gyms and studios. Submit your request as early as possible to improve your chances.
• All spaces are first come, first served.
