Returning Your Equipment

Returning your equipment promptly and in good condition is essential. Follow the instructions based on where you picked up your items.

If Your Return Location Is the Staging Room (O103):
  1. Use your activated one AT NAIT card to access the staging area.
  2. Return the items to the same cage you picked them up from.
  3. Make sure everything is placed neatly and securely.
  4. Items will be checked in by NAITSA Campus Clubs staff during office hours.

Note: If you return after hours, items will be checked in the following business day. You remain responsible for the equipment until it is officially checked in.

If Your Return Location Is the CAT Lockers:
  1. Use the same locker and combination provided to return your equipment.

  2. Place all items neatly back into the locker.

  3. Turn the lock to securely close the locker and prevent tampering.

  4. Ensure all items are returned to the correct locker as per your reservation.

Failure to lock the CAT locker or return items to the correct location may result in liability for lost or damaged equipment.
