Access to Equipment Booking Platform

To use CHEQROOM and access the staging area where equipment is stored, each club member must complete a few important steps:

Step 1: Fill Out the Equipment Agreement

• Complete the Equipment Agreement for Club Users form.
• This must be done once per academic year for each club member requiring equipment access.

Step 2: Accept CHEQROOM Invitation

• Once approved, you’ll receive an email invitation to create your CHEQROOM account.
• Log in using the mobile app or browser, and complete your user profile.

Step 3: Activate Your one AT NAIT Card

• Visit the one AT NAIT office and request that NAITSA Campus Clubs have access to your card.
• This process typically takes 1–2 business days, so complete it well in advance.
• You will not be able to access equipment without card activation.
