You can log in to ookslife.ca using your NAIT credentials—the same login you use for the MyNAIT Portal.
Once logged in, you’ll find a wide range of events and involvement opportunities hosted by NAITSA and various NAIT departments.

Clubs at your fingertips
You can view and join NAITSA clubs directly on the platform. The NAITSA Campus Clubs team manages a variety of club services through ookslife.ca, including:
- Club registration
- Club banking
- Event creation
- Grants
- Award nominations
- And much more!
Navigate with Ease
- Use the left-hand menu to browse events, clubs, news, forms, and services.
- Click on any organization you belong to for more detailed information.
- Use the search bar to find content by keyword.
- The right-hand menu gives access to your submissions, notifications, and the user drawer.
Your user drawer includes:
- Paths
- Event history
- Memberships
- Experiences
- Service hours
- Involvement Record
- Submissions
- Downloads
You can edit your account using the pencil icon, and use your Event Pass (QR code) to check in to events you’ve RSVP’d to.
Track Your Experiences
Both NAITSA and NAIT encourage you to record your volunteer and personal development experiences using the Ooks Life Involvement Record.

Explore
- Expand or collapse the left-hand navigation menu to adjust your view.
- Explore key areas such as Events, Organizations, News, Forms, and Service using the top section of the left-hand menu.
- Click on any Organization or Branch you’re a member of to view it as a general user.
- Use the search bar to find Events, Organizations, News, or Forms by entering a keyword.
Manage
5. Click the gear icon next to an Organization or Branch to access the Management Tools.
6. Open the User Drawer to access your personal menu and settings.
7. Check Submissions & Notifications to stay informed and take action on pending items.

Club Paths: Your Online Training for Club Success
CLUB PATHS is NAITSA Campus Clubs’ official self-paced training program for club leaders. It’s designed to help you reference the NAITSA Campus Clubs Website to build a strong foundation, develop leadership skills, and confidently manage your club.
Through links to videos and directional content, PATHS walks you through key tasks. It also tracks your progress, so you’ll always know where you’re at.
Completing PATHS is essential. It strengthens your club’s operations and is a requirement for funding eligibility.
The Club Paths Video is a quick reference to finding and using the Paths feature.
CLUB PATHS
There are two CLUB PATHS, each offering practical, role-specific training. Depending on your club’s goals, you may complete one or both.
Clubs Basic Training Path
Your foundation for running a club smoothly.
What’s included:
- Introductory Knowledge: Links to the NAITSA Campus Clubs website.
- How-To Videos: Step-by-step guidance for using ookslife.ca.
Who should complete it:
President, VP Finance, VP Operations.
Other executive and general members are encouraged to participate.
When to complete it:
Early in your term, before taking on operational tasks and before applying for grants.

What’s included:
Topics like Service Hours, Elections, Grant Funding, GIV’ER Recognition, and more.
Who should complete it:

Why Both Paths Matter
To qualify for club grants, both the Basic and Advanced Training Paths must be completed.
Together, they ensure your club is compliant, confident, and ready to thrive.

All club training paths are open to anyone who can log into ookslife.ca.
How to Access Your Path
- After logging in, open your personal menu (right upper corner of ookslife.ca) and click on Paths.
- The campus offers more than one path program. Make sure the “Progress For” dropdown is set to the correct one.
- Club-specific paths are labeled with the “CLUBS” prefix.
Navigating Your Club Path
- You’ll see your overall progress, including your progress through each domain.
- Domains represent the main topic areas in your path.

- For each domain, you can:
- Review what you’ve already completed.
- See what’s still required.
- Track the number of Completion Requirements remaining.

Club Elevation Monthly Draws
We’re adding extra excitement this year with the Club Elevation Monthly Draws—your chance to win $350 in club funds just by sharpening your skills.
How it Works
- Each month features a mission focused on building key club skills—like using the Event Check-In App or completing leadership training.
- When your club completes the mission, you’ll earn one entry into the monthly draw (max one entry per club).
- One club wins $350 deposited directly into their club account.
- Winners are announced on social media, by email, and in the Ooks Life App.
