Club Locker Rentals
NAITSA Campus Clubs has 34 lockers available for clubs to rent from May 1, 2025, to May 1, 2026. Locker rentals help clubs safely store shared supplies and materials on campus.
How to Request a Locker
To request a locker, complete the Club Locker Rental Request Form on ookslife.ca.
- Lockers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Lockers are non-transferable.
- Lockers are for club-related items only. Personal belongings are not allowed.

Deposit Details
A $25.00 refundable deposit is required for each locker rental.
- Submit a Purchase Request on ookslife.ca to pay your deposit.
- Cash payments are not accepted.
- Deposits will be refunded if the locker is returned clean and undamaged.
- Excessively dirty or damaged lockers may result in loss of the deposit.
Locker Rental Renewals or Return
The current locker term ends on May 1, 2026. Clubs must choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Renew Your Locker
- Submit the Club Locker Rental Renewal Form on ookslife.ca.
- The deadline to renew is May 1, 2026.
- Once approved, you may continue using your current locker for the next term.
Option 2: Return Your Locker
- If you do not submit a renewal form by May 1, 2026, you must empty your locker by that date.
- Any items left in lockers after May 1, 2026, will be removed and disposed of by NAITSA Campus Clubs.
- Ensure your locker is clean and in good condition to receive your deposit refund.
Club Mail Pickup
Each club can pick up their mail from the NAITSA Campus Clubs desk (Room O108). Clubs should check in regularly to collect cheque payments and external mail.
