Award Nominations

Think your club—or another club—has gone above and beyond this year? Nominate them for one of our annual awards!

How to Nominate

  • Go to the Forms section on ookslife.ca.
  • You can search for a specific Award Form by searching the name on the right hand side of the Forms Page.
  • Complete the nomination form for the award(s) you’re submitting.
  • Submit your form by March 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Clubs may nominate themselves or other clubs. All submissions are evaluated based on quality, not quantity—put thought and detail into your responses.
