We’re not just recognizing clubs—we’re celebrating them all year long! NAITSA Campus Clubs hosts exclusive events designed to show appreciation for the time, energy, and creativity you put into making student life vibrant and inclusive.
NAITSA Awards Night
The annual NAITSA Awards Night is a formal celebration of the outstanding achievements of clubs throughout the academic year.
📅 Date: April 11, 2026
🕓 Time: 4:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
📍 Location: NAIT PIC Building
Clubs are recognized across a variety of categories including innovation, leadership, marketing, fundraising, and more.
Nomination Deadline: March 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Submit your nomination through the Forms section on ookslife.ca.
Please note: Only clubs that are selected as award winners will be invited to attend the NAITSA Awards Night. Spots are limited and reserved for those being formally recognized.
Awards may not be given in categories where the standard of excellence has not been met. All decisions lie at the discretion of NAITSA Campus Clubs.
Club at the pub
What is Club at the Pub?
Club at the Pub is a NAITSA-funded social night held on Wednesdays at The Nest Eatery. It’s a chance for your club to relax, connect, and enjoy time together—without the planning stress. The Ooks Life Team Lead organizes the event, so you can focus on having fun with your club.
What's the Budget?
NAITSA provides $350 for your Club at the Pub event. If your club wants to add extra flair by using club funds, the Ooks Life Team Lead can help make it happen.
Note: This budget is only for this event and managed by the NAITSA Campus Clubs team.
How to Apply
- Complete the Club at the Pub Application Form on ookslife.ca.
- Submit it at least 3 weeks before your preferred date.
- Double-check all fields are filled. Incomplete forms will be returned for updates.
- Watch your email. You’ll hear back within 1–4 business days from the Ooks Life Team Lead.
If your application is approved, the Ooks Life Team Lead will contact you. Your club’s Primary Contact must reply within 3 days to keep the booking.
What You'll do as a Club Leader
The Ooks Life Team Lead handles the details, but your involvement still matters! Here’s what you’re responsible for:
- Set goals for your event
- Decide if you’ll use club funds (and how much)
- Choose a food package and flavour options
- Pick an activity package
- Promote the event
- Help with check-in at the event
- Stay in touch with the Ooks Life Team Lead as needed
Packages Available
We offer 5 food packages and 6 activity packages for you to choose from. View our packages or submit your application to start the conversation and find the best fit for your club.
Rules to Know
- At least $100 of the budget must go toward food or drinks.
- No fundraising or charging admission.
- Event dates are limited and first come, first served.
- Events are for current club members only—no guests, other clubs, or alumni.
- Attendees pay for anything beyond the pre-ordered items.
- Activities must follow The Nest’s rules.
- No outside food or drink allowed.
- No decorations/posters on walls.
- The Nest has final say on all event details (themes, music, games, etc.).
- Keep fire exits, walkways, and accessibility routes clear.
Clubs VIP Events
Clubs deserve to be celebrated! This year, NAITSA Campus Clubs is hosting two exclusive Clubs VIP Events just for you:
Nest Fest – Clubs VIP Lounge
This is your private space during Nest Fest, open only to students listed on official club rosters. Kick back, connect with other club members, and enjoy exclusive access to perks within one of NAITSA’s biggest events
Clubs VIP Night
A cocktail-style celebration for club executives and members.
📅 Date: March 21, 2026
🕔 Time: 5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
📍 Location: NAIT PIC Building
Each club will receive 3 exclusive invitations to this event. Enjoy refreshments, music, and recognition in a relaxed yet elegant setting.
