Appeals

If your club receives a warning about being placed in frozen status or facing being dissolved, the club executive team will be notified directly. You will have the chance to either fix the issue or appeal the decision to the NAITSA VP Internal.

Please note: Decisions involving student safety, security, or AGLC regulations cannot be appealed.

During the hearing, one speaker from each side will be allowed to present their case.

Grounds for appeal include:

  • The decision was unreasonable based on the evidence provided.
  • The penalty was unfair given the circumstances.
  • There was a lack of procedural fairness.
