- Recruitment guidance to grow and engage your membership.
- A trusted contact for students curious about your club or looking for extra support through NAITSA Campus Clubs.
FAQ
Who can be a club advisor?
Advisors are chosen by the club and can be NAIT staff, faculty, or an external supporter. Their role is to mentor—not manage—and they should not plan events, control finances, or run club operations.
Note: NAITSA staff and student employees cannot be Advisors on club rosters.
Do Advisors need to attend all meetings or events?
No. Advisors aren’t expected to attend regularly but should stay informed and available when needed.
What if club leadership changes or the club becomes inactive?
Advisors can help with transitions and are encouraged to contact NAITSA Campus Clubs for support.
Can Someone advise more than one club?
Yes, but we recommend focusing on one club to provide better support.
