Conduct

Clubs are expected to promote and maintain respectful, responsible conduct at all times during events and activities.

Club Leader Responsibilities

  • The Primary Event Organizer (PEO) must be present for the entire duration of the event.
  • Club executives and volunteers must take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of all participants.
  • Event volunteers and organizers must remain sober at events involving alcohol.

High-Risk or Repeat Issue Events

If an event has had past safety concerns, or is deemed high risk, NAITSA Campus Clubs may:

  • Request a more detailed risk management plan.
  • Require additional supervision, waivers, or insurance.
  • Decline the event if risks cannot be properly managed.
