Selling Tickets

Your club can sell tickets in-person and online–for socials, tournaments, fundraisers, and more. Here’s how to manage ticket sales safely and efficiently.

Cash Sales Reminder

  • All cash collected must be deposited into the club’s bank account at the Campus Clubs Desk in the NAITSA Office.
  • Cash boxes can be borrowed from CHEQROOM for safe handling.
  • Clubs must provide their own float for making change.
Hallway Sales (On-Campus)

Want to sell tickets in-person on campus? Here’s what you’ll need:

Accept cash, or request a NAITSA Campus Clubs Square Machine for digital payments.

Using Square?

Already Trained in 2024/25?

If you’ve completed Square training during the 2024/25 academic year, you do not need to retake the training. However, your Square account must be reactivated before use.

Note: You must be an active NAIT student to access and use Square equipment.

NAITSA Eventbrite

For ticket sales over $5.00, Campus Clubs can set up your event using NAITSA’s Eventbrite platform.

  • Great for online promotion and advance sales. 
  • Clubs are responsible for Eventbrite admin fees, which can be added to ticket price or deducted from sales revenue.

To request Eventbrite:

  1. Submit your event on ookslife.ca.
  2. Indicate you want Eventbrite as an additional service. 

Important: Do not create your own Square or Eventbrite accounts. NAITSA will set this up for your club. External accounts are not supported.
