NAITSA Campus Clubs offers a wide variety of equipment to help make your club events and activities successful. The most accurate and up-to-date list of available equipment can be found directly in CHEQROOM.
How to view equipment in CHEQROOM
Once your CHEQROOM account is activated:
- Log in using the CHEQROOM app or visit app.cheqroom.com.
- Use the menu icon (top-left corner).
- Select “Items” from the list.
- Browse or use the search bar to view specific items by name (e.g., “popcorn machine”, “chafing dish”, “speaker”).
- Select any item to view details such as quantity, current availability, and booking requirements.
Tip: If an item is not available on your selected date, it won’t appear in the reservation list. Try adjusting your times or search for an alternative.
What's available?
Here are some commonly requested items:
- Portable speakers and basic A/V equipment.
- Popcorn machines (cleaning fee may apply).
- Square readers (training required).
- Cash boxes, tablecloths, chafing dishes, and extension cords.
- Signage and promotional materials.
- Games, decorations, and more!
Note: Some items may require a refundable cleaning deposit or additional forms/training, flagged during the reservation process.
