Book Equipment

NAITSA Campus Clubs provides a wide range of equipment to support club-hosted events, meetings, and activities. From audio equipment to signage and popcorn machines, borrowing equipment can help elevate your event—without extra cost.

Key Information:

  • All equipment is free to use, although some items may require a refundable cleaning deposit or additional agreements.
  • Equipment must be booked through CHEQROOM and must be tied to an event submitted through the Event Submission form on ookslife.ca.
  • It takes at least 3 business days to prepare equipment for your reservation, so plan accordingly.
  • Equipment may not be used for class assignments or non-club purposes.
