Hallway spaces

Limited hallway spaces are available for club use and are subject to fire regulations and risk management review. Common locations include:

  • End of E-Wing by the Bus Stop
  • Outside of NAITSA (O1X2)
  • South Lobby (O1X4)
  • X-Wing across from the Bookstore (X1X2)
  • HP Building – 1st & 2nd Floors
  • CAT Crossing (CAT1X1)
  • CAT Mainstreet, outside CAT182 (CAT1X5)
  • CAT 2nd Floor by the George Andrews Lounge (CAT2X5)

*NAIT staff can book these spaces. If you are coordinating with a staff advisor, provide their contact info in your Event Submission.

Bookable Study Rooms (by students)

Students can independently book these rooms online at nait.ca/roombookings:

  • CAT205A – Capacity: 4
  • CAT205B – Capacity: 6
  • CAT205C – Capacity: 5
  • U310G – Capacity: 12
  • U310H / U310J – Capacity: 6 each

Note: NAITSA Campus Clubs cannot book these student-access spaces.
