To view the current menu options for your event:

1. Visit the Spoonfed ordering platform.
2. Select a date and time for your event.
3. Click “Continue”.
4. You will then be able to view the full menu and available catering items for that date.

Note: This process ensures you’re viewing accurate options based on availability and catering timelines. If you’re unsure how to access Spoonfed, reach out to carolyn.manchulenko@compass-canada.com for support.

To request a quote, email Carolyn Manchulenko directly at:

Please include the following in your message:

• Your club name

• Contact name, phone number, and email

• Date, time, and location of the event

• Requested menu items and quantities

• NAITSA’s address:

You may be asked to join a Microsoft Teams call or attend a short meeting to confirm details. This is based on your event’s needs.

1. Review the quote from Chartwells carefully. Request changes if needed.
2. Once finalized, submit a Purchase Request through ookslife.ca.
3. The invoice must be made out to your individual club name.
4. NAITSA will issue a cheque, and your club is responsible for delivering it.

Clubs ordering through the Spoonfed app are eligible for a one-time 20% discount code.

• This discount is available only for student groups ordering food for student only events.
• A code will be provided at the time of ordering.
• Be sure to mention that you’re a NAITSA-recognized club when you request your quote.
